It’s now 5:00 PM here in the east, and we still have not heard anything more since our update at noon. Please, dear friends, continue to pray.
We can only make assumptions at this point. The assumption we are making is that the case is being heard and is not finished yet, or just finished very recently and we haven’t gotten a call yet. If it had been postponed, I’m pretty certain we would know that by now because court would otherwise have ended at 5:00, as far as we know.
This waiting is very difficult — we’re all on pins and needles, jumping any time the phone rings.
Meanwhile, Hope Giver continues to be oblivious to the drama surrounding her life and is happily playing and reading and singing and making us love her all the more.
